What does the installation service include?
Whether it's an ice bath with a chiller, an infrared sauna or a Finnish outdoor sauna: we make sure your product is installed correctly, safely and ready to use.

How to prepare for the installation
A good installation starts with the right base. Here's what we check together:
- Surface: flat and stable, suitable for the total weight with water and user
- Power: a grounded 230V socket; for the best result, a dedicated circuit with residual current protection
- Water (ice bath): you can fill it via a tap or garden hose; a nearby drain makes emptying easier, otherwise we use a submersible pump
- Ventilation: the chiller and sauna need space for air circulation; do not place in a fully enclosed cabinet
- Indoors or outdoors: both are possible; outdoors we recommend protection against rain and frost, such as a cover or housing

How long does an installation take?
A standard installation of an ice bath with a chiller is usually completed quickly. For saunas or extra work, we discuss the duration with you in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you also install saunas?
Yes. Sauna installation is always by request: click the sauna option above and leave your details. We'll get in touch within one business day to plan the installation together.
What does the installation service cost?
Installation of an ice bath with a chiller is available from €79 through our installation partner Zoofy; you'll see the current price directly in the booking form. Sauna installation is custom work, for which you'll receive a clear price quote in advance.
Do I need a separate electrical circuit?
Not necessarily. If you want to do it exactly right, we recommend a grounded socket on its own circuit with residual current protection. The chiller works stably and safely either way.
Can my ice bath or sauna be placed outdoors?
Yes. The drop-stitch ice baths and Finnish outdoor saunas are suitable for outdoor use. During installation we pay attention to splash-proof connections, ventilation and protection against rain and frost; a cover or housing extends the lifespan.
